If you are having difficulty, please try one of the following:
1) If you have never registered with Sun Insider…
Please click Register to begin the process and choose a password.
2) If you have registered with Reader Rewards or Sun Rewards…
Then you should be registered with Sun Insider. Click Login then Forgot password if you do not know your password, then follow the instructions that follow.
Important: The first time you log in, you will need to activate your account. All you will need to do is enter your e-mail address, last name, zip code and house number. You will only need to do this once.
When activating your account, be sure to use the same e-mail that you have on record with your home delivery account. You can change or check this by calling customer service at 888-539-1280 or logging on to our Subscriber Services page.
